Park Run is a wonderful way of getting outside, seeing our beautiful spaces and meeting some wonderful people, a perfect way to start your Saturday. We’ve taken a tour of a few of the Park Runs in Kent and included some videos below. If you are new to Park Run, take a look at the basics in this video here. Important to note that you don’t have to run it, they always have a ‘tail walker, so you’ll never come last!

Whitstable & Tankerton - Declan trials his new wetsuit in the sea.
Margate - We head to Seascrub Sauna after our park run.
Pegwell Bay - Camping near Sandwich, Ramsgate for a post run coffee and beach walk.
Walmer & Deal - We head in Deal for a coffee and discover ‘Deal Deli’ among other delights.
Folkestone - Cold water sea swim, Harbour Coffee and then to Burrito Buoy for lunch.
Dover - A flat L-shape course along the pier and the beach front. Into the art club in town for lovely coffee!
Hastings - We went camping the night before, (separate video. We go for a swim, have breakfast on the seafront, the weather was marvellous, this was such a fun trip.
