Beginners Class in Neigong, Qigong and Tai Chi.
Declan teaches this class for beginners at The House of Santosha, New Road, Chatham, Kent. The class is usually all standing and involves learning set movements from the Yang Chen Fu form. Neigong, means "internal work" or "internal skill," cultivating and refining the body's internal energy. Qi Gong is a system of coordinated body posture, movement, breathing, and meditation. Tai Chi is a gentle form of set moves, a martial art originating in China, often described as "meditation in motion". 

What to wear? Comfortable, casual clothes; we practice with bare feet. What to bring? Just an open mind. Who to bring? Friends, relatives, anyone over 18 (others run classes especially  for children). Please do not eat anything substantial for up to 2hrs prior to the start of a class.
