Ultra Processed People, by Chris van Tulleken takes a deeper dive into the world of ultra processed foods that most of us eat without even realising what they are doing to us. A fascinating read that will change the way you look at ‘food’.

BOOK LIBRARY

We’ve created a list of books that we have in our library at the home studio. It’s sorted by genre, (roughly) hopefully you’ll be able to scan and find something interesting. Click the link to see the list of books.

In this world of information overload, we get addicted to short social media posts that are specifically targeted and designed to appeal to us. Our addiction to short punchy reels means we get very little information in a really convincing fashion. It might lead us on this curve (Dunning-Kruger Effect) to think we are an expert in a field where have actually very little knowledge. If you have an interest in learning about a specific subject, take some time to find some experts in the field and do some real research.
